Remove the bandage one hour after getting your new tattoo.  

Leave it alone and do not re-bandage.

Next morning, gently rub in a thin layer of A&D Ointment, blotting off excess. Do this two or three  times a day for five to seven days.

After five to seven days, apply unscented moisturizer two or three times a day.

Don’t expose your new tattoo to sun, chlorine, or scab picking for at least two weeks.

Always wash your hands really well before touching the piercing.

Rinse your mouth out two or three times a day with ORIGINAL LISTERINE. (**Do not use Listerine more than three times a day or you’ll hurt yourself!!)

In addition to the Listerine, rinse your mouth four or five times a day with warm salt water.

No heavy-duty kissing or oral homage for at least four weeks.

Turn the ring and wash the part that was inside of you really well. Rinsing it with warm salt water four or five times a week can also greatly help the healing process.

Rinse and turn the jewelry back to how you like to wear it.

NOTE: Belly button piercings and most other piercings are easily infected. Please use common sense.
